- In the case that you are not 100% satisfied with the product, we welcome you to send it back for an e-voucher in the same value as your order (excluding postage).
- After checking the conditions of the return on this page, if your return is valid please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the message title "RETURN REQUEST".
- Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a return or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- If there is a size issue, the item can be exchanged for the appropriate size. Return postage is at the customer's expense.

- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, and the item(s) in its unworn condition, with tags and in its original packaging.

- Once your return is received and inspected. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- We do not accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged in the mail, we recommend that you keep a copy of the tracking number.
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to our return address.
Our team will inspect the return before sending out the e-Voucher. If we find the item to be in an unsuitable condition (see below for more details on valid returns) we reserve the right to refuse the return and we will need to send it back to you. Our team will contact you if this is the case.
Conditions for return
- We offer returns on full priced items only. We strictly do not offer returns with Sale items or orders purchased with a Promotion Code.
- We only accept returns for garments that are unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached.
- We cannot accept returns with any stains or any marks.
- We cannot accept returns due to wear and tear.
- We do not accept any returns on orders over 14 days.
How to Return an item
- Email us at email@example.com with the message title "RETURN REQUEST". We will send to you a Return Request form which you are to fill out and send with your original receipt in the parcel with the item/s you would like to return.
- Mail the parcel back to us at the address provided in the Return Request form with the Return Request form filled out and the original receipt with order number details. We recommend emailing us the tracking number so we can keep track of the return.
- Wait for an email from us confirming that we have received your return. We will also notify you if it has been approved or rejected.
- We will send you a e-Voucher of the value of your returned order which will be valid for 1 year
Faulty Returns/Wrong ItemIn the case that an item we sent is faulty or you have received the incorrect item/size, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with the message title "FAULTY RETURN" include your order number and details of the issue and we will quickly resolve it. Please attach images of the faults
